For flight delays, we continuously monitor your flight status and wait up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time in the arrival hall. During this time, we will also attempt to contact you by phone.
In case of baggage issues or extended delays, we kindly ask you to inform us briefly by phone so your chauffeur can adjust accordingly and wait longer if needed.
For train delays, your chauffeur will wait at the platform for 15–30 minutes and will try to reach you by phone.
In case of unexpected or longer delays, we kindly request a short phone notification.

Payment can be made in cash or with all major credit and debit cards.
For corporate clients, payment by invoice is available upon prior arrangement.
